CANCELLATION POLICY (IDEA): If Canceling reservation once booked:
60+ days prior to arrival date: Deposit less $50.00 US will be refunded.
30-60 days prior to arrival day: 50% of deposit will be refunded.
Less than 30 days prior to arrival day: NO Deposit will be refunded.
