Condo NY has 2 bedrooms and a third bedroom with a pull out couch and 3 bathrooms.  The condo has all the amenities that you can think off and is the same building as condo Denver and condo Ali.  The manager lives also in the building.

CANCELLATION POLICY : If Canceling reservation once booked:
60+ days prior to arrival date: Deposit less $150.00 US will be refunded.
30-60 days prior to arrival day: 50% of deposit will be refunded.
Less than 30 days prior to arrival day: NO Deposit will be refunded.
