Condo Bamboo  is located in playa del carmen on 35 Avenue in-between 12 and 14 Norte Street.  Two Blocks from Wal-Mart and 6 blocks from the ocean.  This building is bran new and located in a quite area.  The condo has been decorated with color scheme.  The furniture is all locally made and it almost all made from bamboo.  The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and has a security gate.

The condo has 2 bedrooms with 2 queen size beds and ceiling fans.  Each bedroom has a private bathroom adjacent to the bedrooms.  One has a shower and the other has a shower and bathtub.

The apartment is situated in a safe and residential zone, security guard patrols the area at night.

This unit sleeps 4 people and ideal for those that want to experience more of Mexico.  You can walk to all the shopping places and you are just a few steps from the busy 5th avenue and 12 street which is were all the bars and restaurants are.

CANCELLATION POLICY : If Canceling reservation once booked:
60+ days prior to arrival date: Deposit less $50.00 US will be refunded.
30-60 days prior to arrival day: 50% of deposit will be refunded.
Less than 30 days prior to arrival day: NO Deposit will be refunded.
