This is a three story condo. It offers a in the second level a master bedroom with a King size bed, a walk-in closet and its a private bathroom, with a Jacuzzi. The second bedroom has two single beds. Both of these rooms have big glass window-doors facing to the upstairs balcony with the most beautiful view of the jungle. The third bedroom has two single beds too.

Downstairs there is a full equipped kitchen with a counter sitting, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. The living room has a full size television with the comfort that makes you feel a home!. This area of the house has a sliding door that can be opened to the huge balcony where you can find a BBQ grill, sun chairs and an outdoor pool - Jacuzzi, where you can get relaxed having a refreshing Margarita while being delighted with the ocean breeze.

Bosque de Los Aluxes has covered parking, elevator accessibility, and security gated entry, evening hour’s security and intercom entry system.

CANCELLATION POLICY : If Canceling reservation once booked:
60+ days prior to arrival date: Deposit less $150.00 US will be refunded.
30-60 days prior to arrival day: 50% of deposit will be refunded.
Less than 30 days prior to arrival day: NO Deposit will be refunded.
