Condo & Studios Violetta is located in the heart of playa del carmen; Just 1 block from 12 Street, were all the bars and restaurants
are and just 1 block from 5th avenue, o did i mention just 2 blocks from the beach.

There are 2 types of condos and studios. The studios have 1 bed and accommodate 2 people, the other condo has 1 bedroom with a king size
bed and 1 pull out couch. Sleeps 4 people. Both have kitchenettes, TV, AC and both are facing the garden.

Our accommodations are fully furnished and clean.

50% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve the condo.
Christmas, Spring Break and Easter 100% deposit required.
Damage Deposit is required when you enter the condo $300 in cash.

Check in is 2pm & Check out is 10am

CANCELLATION POLICY : If Canceling reservation once booked:
60+ days prior to arrival date: Deposit less $50.00 US will be refunded.
30-60 days prior to arrival day: 50% of deposit will be refunded.
Less than 30 days prior to arrival day: NO Deposit will be refunded.
