one is very simple if you have space
in your suitcase and you have
clothing that you don't want or
don't use anymore just bring it down
with you and leave it in the condo
when you leave and we will
distribute it to people that need
it. Same for non perishable food
that you buy in Mexico, any
leftover's will be distributed.

once booked:
60+ days prior to arrival date: Deposit less
$150.00 US will be refunded.
30-60 days prior to arrival day: 50% of deposit
will be refunded.
Less than 30 days prior to arrival day: NO
Deposit will be refunded.
