 Cabaņas
Copal Tulum is nestled in a small
clearing in the tropical forest on top of a
natural terrace which overlooks the most private
beach in Tulum. All cabaņas have direct beach
access, and the hotel is just steps from the
Caribbean Sea and the beautiful Tulum beach.
Cabanas Copal Hotel Tulum has a secluded
feeling, quiet and tranquil, though it is
located at the entrance of the Tulum Hotel Zone.
Its central location also places the hotel only
3 km. from the seaside Tulum Mayan ruins, and
within walking or bicycling distance from many
of the Riviera Maya's crystal clear cenotes
(natural freshwater pools that are perfect for
swimming, snorkeling, or diving).
Cabaņas Copal Hotel Tulum is ideal for the
traveler who enjoys a natural beach hotel
experience in a rustic environment. This lovely
beachfront Tulum hotel has inexpensive cabanas
of different styles, with lodging options
perfect for honeymooners, families, independent
travelers, and groups on a budget.
All cabaņas are romantically candlelit in the
evenings, as there is no electricity on the
Tulum beach. The beachfront side of the hotel
has a wide series of windows, allowing the
Caribbean sea breeze to enter and making the
cabanas fresh and comfortable at any time of the
year.
Copal has recently added some meal plan options.

Cabaņas
with Private Bathrooms
(Quadruple occupancy, sea view)
Seven of our
cabaņas have two double beds and a
private bathroom (toilet, sink, and
shower with hot water). These are all
built of wood native to the peninsula in
the traditional Mayan style and are
stuccoes on the inside. All have natural
stone or cement floors. The cabaņas have
a spectacular panoramic view of the sea
and a combination of glass and screen
windows for optimal ventilation.

The cabaņas with private bathrooms are
perfect for families who prefer the
convenience of having a private
bathroom. These rooms sleep up to four
people, but a hammock may be added upon
request to sleep a fifth person. We also
have one cabaņa with king size bed and
two bunk beds, perfect for a couple with
two children.. All beds are equipped
with mosquito nets for your comfort
during the rainy season. Rate is per
cabaņa, based on maximum 4 guests.

CABANAS COPAL POLICIES
All rates include 12% taxes (sales
and hotel taxes).
Please specify
which type of cabaņa you are interested
when placing your reservation so we can
reserve the right type of cabaņa for
you. Ask about our special rates for
extended stays during the low season.
We
require a minimum stay of seven nights
during the Holiday Season (Dec. 20-Jan.5),
but do not have a minimum stay during
the rest of the year
In order to place a reservation,
we require a 50% deposit of the total
amount of your stay and a 100% deposit
for the amount if you will be staying
three nights or less.
The remaining amount will be charged 30
days prior to your arrival. So, if you
are booking with less than 30 days
before you arrive...then the total
amount will be charged. There will also
be a $20 US dollar deposit added to this
charge which will be refunded back to
you in cash at the end of your stay.
This is a room amenities deposit. (These
are the hotels policies, not SeaMonkey
Business)
Once we have confirmed your
reservation, we cannot accept date
changes and no refunds can be given.
Full deposit is no refundable including
cancellations due to weather and acts of
God.
Taxes are
included in the room rates.
