Policy:
Your information is being submitted on a secure line, we do
not provide information to any 3rd party.
We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. If you do
not have one of these credit cards you can send us a wire
transfer. Please contact one of our Travel Consultants for
further details.
Rates are quoted in different currencies which are
accordingly highlighted at all times. Rates shown in Mexican
Pesos will be charged in Mexican Pesos, all other currencies
will be converted to US dollars at the exchange rate on the
date of the transaction. Please note that the amount which
will be posted on your monthly billing statement can differ
up to three percent due to fluctuating international
currency exchange rates. Viajes Beda S. A. de C. V. cannot
be held responsible for fluctuating exchange rates and by
accepting these policies you acknowledge that you have been
advised of the exchange rate fluctuations and agree to our
processing the transaction in US dollars.
The corresponding reservation amount will immediately be
charged to your credit card once submitted and reservation
status shows confirmed. Please note that your billing
statement will read “E-Travel Reservation Center”. All
reservations are subject to availability at the time of
reservation processing. Availability cannot be guaranteed
until full payment is received. For some reservations
(accordingly highlighted before entering your contact and
credit card details) we have to verify availability directly
with the supplier’s reservation department before confirming
to you. We ask for a maximum of 48 hours of such
availability check and confirmation.
The rates displayed are valid only for the date of your
quote. If reserved, these rates will apply for your charge,
if not they may vary without prior notice. A reservation is
considered complete once you have a confirmation number and
the according charge has been applied. By reserving you
confirm having accepted our reservation and cancellation
policies. Your verbal and/or written authorization to use
your credit card number for payment indicates your
compliance with our reservation and billing policies,
whether or not you have actually signed the appropriate
draft. To avoid any inconveniences you must print your
reservation voucher and present it at the moment of using
the reserved service. If you want to change or cancel your
reservation please contact your assigned Travel Consultant
(mentioned at the moment of reserving) together with your
reservation and/or confirmation number. Cancellation
requests have to be received in writing. Any change is
subject to availability and re-quoting of rates;
cancellations are subject to our cancellation policies.
Despite our best efforts, there may be a small number of
miss-priced items or wrong information in our database. Rest
assured, however, that we verify prices as part of our
confirmation procedures. If an item's correct price is lower
than our stated price, we charge the lower amount. If an
item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we
will contact you for instructions or cancel your order and
notify you of such cancellation. In case of wrong
information had been provided Viajes Beda S. A. de C. V.
will do its best efforts to correct the information,
however, cannot be held responsible for indemnifications of
inconveniences caused by such mistake. In these cases you
have the option to cancel without any penalizations.
Viajes Beda S. A. de C. V. makes
arrangements with suppliers who provide travel services such
as but not limited to hotels, ground transportation,
sightseeing or other activities included in your tour.
Although we try our best to choose the most reputable
suppliers, Viajes Beda S. A. de C. V. cannot be held
responsible for their acts and omissions. The travel
services are subject to the conditions imposed by these
suppliers, and their liability may, in turn, be limited by
their tariffs and conditions of service. Viajes Beda S. A.
de C. V. acts only in the capacity of agent for the client
or for the supplier of the goods and services rendered and
as such, mains no control over the personnel, equipment,
operations or goods of the supplier.
Viajes Beda S. A. de C. V. will
not assume responsibility for any claims, costs or expenses
arising out of personal or third party injury, accidents or
death, loss or damage of personal property, loss of
enjoyment, upset, disappointment, distress or frustration,
whenever physical or mental, resulting from any of the
following: (a) The act or omission of any party other than
Viajes Beda S. A. de C. V. or its employees; (b) Sickness,
theft, labor disputes, mechanical breakdown, quarantine,
government actions, weather, or any other cause beyond
Viajes Beda S. A. de C. V.’s direct control; (c) Your
failure to obtain the documentation required for your trip
such as, but not limited to, passports, visas and
certificates, in which case you will also not be entitled to
any refund; (d) Your failure to follow instructions
including but not limited to airport departure times,
check-in and check-out dates and times, voucher redemption
policies; (e) Cancellation or change for any reason in the
travel services offered. We reserve the right to cancel or
change the travel services at our discretion, but will try
to substitute comparable services. If we must completely
cancel your reservation, Viajes Beda S. A. de C. V.’s
liability will be limited to a refund of all monies paid to
Viajes Beda S. A. de C. V.; (f) A full refund, however, will
not be honored in situations where travel must be cancelled,
interrupted and/or postponed by Viajes Beda S. A. de C. V.
for reasons which are beyond its control (force majeure
situations, such as but not limited to weather, hurricane,
earthquakes, acts of terrorism, etc.) and where Viajes Beda
S. A. de C. V.’s contractual obligations with its suppliers
does not allow it to obtain reimbursement of the sum paid,
or to be paid, to the supplier on behalf of the customer. In
any case, a 10% administrational fee of the total amount of
the reservation can be retained at the discretion of Viajes
Beda S. A. de C. V.
Viajes Beda S. A. de C. V.
herewith states that (a) Photographs shown are
representational only and do not guarantee that everything
will be exactly as depicted upon arrival; (b) Hotel and
service star ratings are based on Viajes Beda S. A. de C.
V.’s interpretation and may differ from ratings reported
elsewhere; (c) travel service descriptions are updated at
the best of Viajes Beda S. A. de C. V.’s knowledge but do
not guarantee that everything will be exactly as described
upon arrival; (d) Viajes Beda S. A. de C. V. reserves the
right to decline any client at any time; (e) Written notice
or any claim against Viajes Beda S. A. de C. V. must be
received no later than fourteen (14) days after your return
from your trip.
Reservation:
What constitutes a reservation. A reservation is not
confirmed until you receive an email from e-travel solutions
that states that your reservation has been fulfilled and
paid for in full. Not receiving an email does not
constitute and do not assume that you have a reservation.
It is up to you the client to make sure that you have a
valid reservation. If we have not answered you within
48 hours please send us an email to make sure that the
process is going along as it should be.
Cancellation Policies:
Hotel Reservations:
At the moment of reserving, the applicable hotel’s specific
cancellation policy will be displayed. Following our
“general” hotel reservations policies, applicable to most of
the hotels:
Reservations cancelled 15 days or more prior to arrival date
are subject to a charge of 10% of the total amount of the
reservation.
Reservations cancelled 14 to 3 days prior to arrival date
are subject to a 2 night charge.
Reservations cancelled 2 to 0 days prior to arrival date,
"No shows" and early departures are 100% non-refundable.
Christmas, New Years and Easter:
Different cancellation policies for reservations made for
Christmas, New Year and Easter may apply. Please request
further information.
Tours & Transportation:
At the moment of reserving, the applicable tour’s and
transportation’s specific cancellation policy will be
displayed. Following our “general” tour and transportation
reservations policies, applicable to most of the tours and
transportations:
Reservations cancelled 3 days or more prior to the scheduled
service are subject to a charge of 10% of the total amount
of the reservation.
Reservations cancelled 2 to 0 days prior to the scheduled
service or "No shows" are 100 % non-refundable.
Billing Policy
RESERVATION POLICIES: Rates listed are exclusively valid for
the inquiry date. They are subject to change and will only
be honored as shown on the website if the service requested
is confirmed by means of charge to your credit card and you
receive a confirmation number. Upon making a reservation it
becomes necessary for you to give your authorization,
written and/or verbal, to run the corresponding charge on
your credit card and by this you declare to have full
knowledge of our Reservation and Payment Policies,
Disclaimer and Cancellation Policies. All reservations are
subject to availability existing at the moment of your
request. No confirmation can be issued until full payment
for the requested service has been made. In some cases
(which are duly marked for you to easily identify them
before filling out contact information and credit card
number fields) it will be necessary to check availability
directly with the service operator before a confirmation can
be issued to you. Please note that this verification and
confirmation process may take up to, and never more than, 24
hours. In order to avoid inconveniences, please make a
printout of your reservation voucher and have it ready for
check-in to the reserved service. Should a change to a
confirmed reservation be needed, please contact your
assigned Travel Consultant and have your reservation and/or
confirmation number handy. We strongly suggest reading the
CANCELLATION POLICIES section hereinafter. Any changes are
subject to availability and rate adjustments when necessary.
Our CANCELLATION POLICIES are applicable at all times
without exception. PAYMENT POLICIES: The amount
corresponding to your reservation will be immediately
charged to your credit card, provided it has a confirmed
reservation status. Please bear in mind that your credit
card billing statement will show "E-TRAVEL RESERVATION
CENTER" as the company responsible for the charge, except
for some reservations including flights where you might have
two charges, one for the airfare amount and another for the
remaining amount of all other services such as your hotel,
airport shuttle or activity reservation, taxes, fees, and
other. These charges may appear as “E-TRAVEL RESERVATION
CENTER” and the corresponding “AIRLINE COMPANY NAME”. VISA,
MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS are welcome. We will be glad
to accept your wire transfer as an alternative form of
payment. Please contact one of our Travel Consultants for
further details. The currency in which service rates are
quoted on the website may be other than Mexican pesos or US
dollars, in which case the specific currency will be readily
specified for your easy identification. Mexican pesos rates
will always be charged in Mexican pesos. For any other
currency, however, the amount to charge will be first
converted into US Dollars and the exchange rate prevailing
on the transaction date will be applied. This movement may
cause a variation of up to 3% above the international
fluctuation index for currency exchange and such difference
will show on your billing statement. The website cannot be
held responsible for this variation and upon accepting the
PAYMENT POLICIES you acknowledge to have been informed of
the exchange rate fluctuation and declare your agreement to
the corresponding charge being made into US Dollars.
DISCLAIMER: The website works as a middle-agent between the
client and the operator of services listed on the website.
As such, the website creates the necessary commercial
connections in compliance with its own service and quality
standards to provide services such as, but not limited to,
hotel accommodations, ground transportation and other travel
activities. Only the most reputable suppliers are selected
for this purpose. However the website cannot be held liable
for their acts, omission, wrongdoing or other. Travel
services are subject to the conditions set by those
suppliers, and their liability may, in turn, be limited by
their tariffs and conditions of service. The website acts
only in its role of agent for the client or for the supplier
of the goods and services rendered and as such, does not
keep any legal authority or control over the operator’s
Personnel, assets, operation and/or property. The website
herewith declares that, (a) Photographic material published

Star ratings assigned to hotel accommodations and services
are based on the website’s own standards and quality
criteria and may not necessarily match rating criteria used
elsewhere. (c) Travel services descriptions are regularly
updated for a depiction of the product as close to reality
as possible. However, the website cannot be held accountable
for variations occurring upon your arrival at the Travel
Service site. (d) The website will reserve the right to deny
the supply of a service to any client at any given moment if
and when it considers convenient to do so. (e) Any claim or
comments that the client should present about the services
received must be submitted in writing within a period of
time no longer than 14 (fourteen) days from travel’s end
date. The website will not assume liability for any claims,
costs or expenses arising from personal injuries to the
client or third parties, or caused by accidents, fatalities,
loss or damage to personal property, lack of enjoyment or
claims over emotional and mental states such as upset,
disappointment, anguish, distress or frustration, or any
other damage, whether physical, mental or emotional, arising
from the following: (a) Acts committed or omissions caused
by any party other than the website or its employees. (b)
Illness, theft, labor disputes, mechanical failures,
quarantine, Government actions, weather or any other
circumstance beyond direct control of the website. (c) The
client’s failure to obtain the required travel documentation
such as, but not limited to, passport, visas and
certificates, in which case no refund will be granted. (d)
The client’s failure to comply with travel instructions such
as, but not limited to, flight schedules, hotel check-in and
check-out dates and times, and voucher redemption policies.
(e) Changes to, or cancellation of, the travel services
offered, notwithstanding the reason. The website reserves
the right to cancel or change the travel services at its
discretion, but will try to substitute them with comparable
services. If a reservation must completely be canceled, the
website’s liability will be limited to a refund of all
monies paid to the website. (f) A full refund will not be
granted by the website in situations when a service must be
interrupted, postponed or cancelled for reasons beyond its
control (acts of God such as bad weather -including
hurricanes- , earthquakes or war, acts of terrorism or
else), circumstances under which the website is not allowed
to obtain full refund from service operators in view of
specific contract terms. In order to cover book-keeping and
administration services, the website will be thus entitled
to up to a 10% retention upon the total amount paid by the
client for his/her reservation. Despite our close
communication with our selected group of service suppliers,
there is still a possibility that changes on the rates may
occur without notice. As some of the rates become expired
and cannot be timely updated by the operator to your
immediate convenience, the website regularly runs a rates
verification process which may yield differences between the
price you have paid for your reservation and the price you
need to pay to actually enjoy the service. When an updated
rate happens to be lower than the originally offered to you,
the website will only charge the lower amount. When an
updated price is higher than the originally quoted price,
the website will have a Travel Consultant inform you of the
specific variation and the resulting balance that needs to
be covered. Should you not agree to the correct amount and
decide to cancel upon the circumstances, the website will
honor you cancellation request without penalization. The
website and its service suppliers will also be released from
any responsibility towards compensations that the client may
claim and will not be considered liable for any
inconveniences arising from the said rate difference and/or
cancellation.
